OUR PROCESS

Design

CAD Modeling: Use CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to design the machine components like frame, hydraulic system, thread rolling dies, gearbox, etc. Material Selection: Choose high-grade steel or cast iron for strength and durability.

Planning

Order raw materials (mild steel, alloy steel, cast iron). Purchase hydraulic components: pump, valves, actuators. Buy electrical and electronic parts: control panel, sensors, switches. Procure standard components: bearings, shafts, fasteners, couplings.

Machining & Finishing

Perform high-precision machining using CNC, VMC, or grinding. Ensure tolerances for shaft alignments and die fitting. Surface treatment like anodizing, powder coating, or painting. Documentation: user manual, warranty card, QC report.
